Whether you are highly active or new to physical training\, you will be able to participate in a meaningful way.\n\nWe will begin with a brief\, interactive discussion on awareness\, prevention\, and decision-making under pressure\, then transition into hands-on training focused on instinctive\, effective techniques grounded in Krav Maga principles.\n\nStudents can register for Session I\, Session II\, or both. Different material will be covered in each session.\n\n\n\nYou can expect:\n\n\n \n A mix of discussion and movement\n \n \n Clear\, step-by-step instruction\n \n \n Partner drills in a controlled environment\n \n \n Practical skills that rely on instinct\n \n \n Opportunities to practice threat evaluation and response under pressure\n \n\n\nWhat to Bring / Wear:\n\n\n \n Clean indoor/gym shoes\n \n \n Water bottle\n \n \n Hair ties (if applicable)\n \n \n Any personal medical supports you may need (brace\, inhaler\, etc.)\n \n\n\nYou do not need any prior training or specialized equipment just come ready to learn!\n\nAges 13+ welcome. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a a parent/guardian.
